The answering machins says open till 9 on weekends, but the website says 10, and then they say they have summer hours but they never seem to be in effect. You ALWAYS close at 8:30. So you guys are either idiots and can't remember what time you say you close, or you have lazy employees who like to leave before closing time. Totally done with big al'sMarch 30, 2017

Service has always been friendly with prompt "hot" delivery to our doorstep. We recently tried their new stuffed pizza which was excellent. We highly recommend them!July 08, 2016
